Refund policy

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws of Spain.
We accept returns of items of both proper and improper quality that did not suit you for any reason, provided the following conditions are met:

- the product is sent to us for return no later than 14 days after the date of your receipt

- all tags and labels are kept in their original form

- the product has not been used, has not been washed and is not soiled

- the goods are neatly folded, we do not accept extremely wrinkled goods

- the product is sent to us with a parcel tracking number

- delivery to us is paid by the client

- before shipping, you informed us about your plans by email info@anushka.world providing the order number, your first name and last name

- The refund period is 7 days from the moment we receive your parcel.
The refund will be made to your account from which you made the purchase.
